Provide the marketing technology to capture and respond to consumer enquiries generated through an in-mall showcase of the new ŠKODA Fabia Hatch.

This eye-catching promotion, developed by ŠKODA and their New Zealand advertising agency, Big Communications, required a database capture and delivery mechanism that was fast and simple to implement, while providing a high-quality customer experience.

We responded by providing:

  • Lead capture direct to database
  • Automated programme of reply and ‘opt-in’ emails
  • Detailed post-campaign reporting.

Results

Our fully automated solution meant customers enjoyed a streamlined interaction with the ŠKODA brand while keeping resourcing to a minimum for the teams at both ŠKODA and Big Communications.

Young shoppers viewing the showcased cars were invited to text their email details via a short code to receive further information. They received an automatic reply asking them to confirm their email address, followed by an automated email containing detailed car specs with a link to an opt-in form for further ŠKODA information.

By making the most of audience-appropriate channels, the campaign delivered on its goal of building a database of quality leads for future follow-up.
