Vodafone v.box
In delivering the technology to power v.box, Ubiquity gave Vodafone the power to launch an entirely new marketing channel for tens of thousands of high value customers.

What was needed
Vodafone and Rivet needed a new online channel to reward and recognise high value customers in a unique way: v.box.
Selected customers would be offered personalised deals and unique competitions. All their communications and promotions would be channeled through v.box.
What was done
We designed and delivered the solution. We provided integrated DM, TXT and email functions and also created the technology to allow v.box members to request discount vouchers online and to ensure redemption rates are accurately measured.
The outcome
v.box has specific business advantages in marketing to Vodafone's high-value pre-pay customers. The technology behind v.box created an entirely new channel for Vodafone, enabling a whole new form of smarter marketing.
