We built a customised system for the TVNZ marketing team. It enables them to author emails in WYSIWYG mode and send easily to their database with filtering, link tracking, reporting and other functionality. Full training and ongoing support provided.
ViewVodafone TXT Re-sign
Ubiquity worked closely with Vodafone to design an automated TXT-based contract renewal process that satisfied legal requirements for a valid contract. The process is customised to each individual customer’s needs – including rebates and special offers - and integrated with other Vodafone business processes such as posted notifications.
ViewVodafone v.box
Ubiquity designed and developed v.box, a 1:1 marketing channel enabling Vodafone to deliver personalised deals, competitions and special offers via email, DM and TXT. v.box customers can redeem offers online and all redemptions are tracked and reported allowing Vodafone to test and tune marketing offers.
