The Ubiquity Team

One of the things that makes working with Ubiquity unique is that its founders, Guy and Nathalie, are still directly engaged with its everyday business. They both enjoy leading Ubiquity's dedicated team of consultants, project managers and technology developers who share their passion and enthusiasm for improving the way in which we all engage with our customers.

Guy Bibby

Managing Director

Guy started life as a software developer before moving to Telecom as a senior consultant, developing business processes to support large IT initiatives. He has both a deep understanding of technologies and underlying business needs; Guy works to make sure that the technologies are integrated, secure and appropriate and that solutions streamline business processes.

"It's not as dry as it sounds, you know. I love working with the fantastic team at Ubiquity and I love working with successful clients."

Out of hours Guy can be found playing classical, acoustic, rock and sometimes heavy metal guitars, scuba diving, fishing and snowboarding.

Nathalie Morris

Client Services Director

Nathalie helped start Ubiquity back in 2000. She not only understands the technologies far beyond most people in the industry and can design fanastic technology solutions; she also understands business drivers, ensuring solutions actually deliver what the business needs.

She's a fantastic project manager with a keen eye for detail and an amazing ability to bring almost any project across the line in time and within budget.

But who is she exactly? Well let's see... she scuba dives, rides horses, has successfully parachuted, likes fishing for snapper (she hauls them in with the best of them). She also gives up her time to work with groups such as the Motutapu Restoration Trust and is a strong supporter of United World College in Wales, where she was awarded a scholarship to attend secondary school.
