Situation
Vodafone (and agency Rivet) needed an innovative way to recognise and reward high-value pre-pay customers.
Solution
Ubiquity designed and developed v.box, a 1:1 marketing channel enabling Vodafone to deliver personalised deals, competitions and special offers via email, DM and TXT. v.box customers can redeem offers online and all redemptions are tracked and reported allowing Vodafone to test and tune marketing offers.
Outcome
The technology behind v.box has delivered Vodafone an entirely new channel for smarter and closer engagement with its high-value customers.
