Cure Kids is New Zealand’s leading child health research charity. They fund high-impact medical research that helps save, extend and improve the lives of children with serious health conditions. The Challenge

Cure Kids required a robust means of engaging with its donors and supporters to cultivate relationships and strengthen contributions. The organisation sought a marketing automation partner to streamline and automate their diverse communication efforts spanning event sales, donation appeals, research updates, ambassador stories, and general business updates. ensuring the delivery of relevant and timely messages via different forms of content that inspire ongoing support and involvement from their supporter base.

Their Red Nose Day TXT fundraiser campaign was a testament to the platform's ability to drive both engagement and donations. Presently, UbiQuity is the tool for a variety of donor and supporter communications, from newsletters to special offers and donation appeals. Examples of these communications include the execution of our LEGO partner campaign that delivered $5,000 in donations as well a donor bequest campaign saw $60,000 bequeathed to Cure Kids. The adaptability and functionality of the system have left a lasting impression on the Cure Kids team, equipping them to maintain robust connections within their community.
